Osteopath

Charlotte studied at the Ara Institute of Canterbury, where she completed a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy.

She enjoys treating people at all stages of life, from babies through to older adults, and has a particular interest in supporting pregnant and post-partum women, paediatrics, jaw pain and TMJ disorders, chronic pain, and headaches. Charlotte draws on a wide range of techniques — including structural, functional, visceral, and cranial approaches — to deliver truly person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.

With over eight years of prior experience as a massage therapist, Charlotte brings a strong foundation in hands-on treatment and refined practical skills to her osteopathic practice, enhancing both assessment and treatment outcomes.

Originally from Pūrākaunui, a rural community north of Dunedin, Charlotte has lived and worked in Mexico, India, Indonesia, and Europe. These experiences have broadened her perspective and strongly influence her holistic, compassionate approach to care.

Outside the clinic, Charlotte enjoys gardening, yoga, spending time at the beach, and exploring the outdoors with her partner and their dog.
