Anastasia McPherson is a registered osteopath at Cashmere Osteo in Christchurch, providing personalised osteopathic care with a strong focus on musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, and patient-centred treatment. She holds a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy from Ara Institute of Technology and is registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and a member of Osteopaths New Zealand.
Anastasia takes a thorough and individualised approach to osteopathy, combining detailed assessment, careful listening, and hands-on treatment tailored to each person’s goals. She enjoys supporting patients with neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, sports injuries, concussion management, and rehabilitation before and after surgery. She also has a special interest in women’s health osteopathy, including pregnancy-related care.
As an ACC-registered osteopath in Christchurch, Anastasia can help manage ACC claims for accident-related injuries, and no GP referral is required to see her. When clinically appropriate, she can refer patients directly for imaging such as X-rays or ultrasound to support diagnosis and recovery.
Her aim is to help people in Cashmere and the wider Christchurch community move with greater ease, recover from injury, and return confidently to everyday life, work, and sport.
