Osteopath M.Ost
Anina studied at the European School of Osteopathy in Kent, UK gaining a first-class Master’s degree in Osteopathy.
Anina is Danish and has also lived in Sweden and the United Kingdom before moving to New Zealand in June 2023.
She has worked in Kent at a rehabilitation-focused practice and more recently at a practice in Glasgow which specialised in tendon and spinal disc injuries.
Anina utilises a structural method in her treatments and favours a patient-centred approach to care, adapting the treatment to suit the patient’s individual needs.
She enjoys treating a wide range of patients and has a special interest in rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Anina enjoys knitting, baking, reading, and staying active by going to the gym, doing pilates, and spending time with her dog Alva and partner Bradley who is also an Osteopath.
Anina is registered with The Osteopathic Council of New Zealand.
