Jamie grew up in the North Island and her life’s journey has led her across many countries before she found a new home in Christchurch with her husband and two children.

She discovered her passion for Osteopathy and the intricacies of the human body through a personal experience with manual therapy for postpartum back pain arising from pregnancy with her first baby. Inspired by friends, who witnessed her positive outcomes with Osteopathy, Jamie decided to pursue training at the Ara Institute of Canterbury. She graduated with a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy.

Jamie is registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and Osteopaths New Zealand and is a registered ACC provider. She is committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care and believes in a gentle, holistic, and patient-centred approach to treatment. She is particularly interested in helping women through their health issues, including pregnancy, postpartum and headaches.

Beyond her Osteopathy work, Jamie leads an active lifestyle. Her well-rounded activities mirror her holistic and balanced approach to health. She enjoys family hikes, snowboarding, yoga, Pilates, and aerobic classes with good music. When she finds the time, she also enjoys creative crochet projects.
